Upon inspection, Glass Vegas LLC will determine whether the condition qualifies under this warranty and, if so, will repair or replace defective components at no additional charge.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation location.
Glass Vegas LLC’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered materials or workmanship.
We are not liable for loss of use, inconvenience, damage to building surfaces, delays, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the purchaser for whom the product was installed.
Glass Vegas LLC Labor Warranty
Glass Vegas LLC warrants the labor performed for the installation of Summit Automation systems for a period of one (1) year from the date of final installation or final trim, unless otherwise stated in writing. This labor warranty applies only to the installation work performed by Glass Vegas LLC and does not extend to the manufacturer’s product warranty.
This labor warranty covers defects or issues caused by improper installation workmanship, including:
If a covered labor issue is identified during the warranty period, Glass Vegas LLC will, at its discretion, repair the installation-related issue at no charge.
This labor warranty does not cover:
This labor warranty is valid only for the original client and the original installation location. Any modification, tampering, or repair by others may void this warranty. Glass Vegas LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, delays, or losses resulting from product failure or service issues.
The Limited Warranty applies to only physical goods purchased from Summit Automation or Summit Automation authorized re-sellers. This warranty is valid for one (1) year either from the date of purchase, if warranty card is not on file with Summit Automation; or from the date of final trim if warranty card is on file with Summit Automation.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under its intended use during the warranty period. Upon receipt of the returned material, Summit Automation will, at their sole discretion, repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective under their intended use. In order for the Limited Warranty to be valid, our system must have been installed by a Summit Certified Installer (or else the Limited Warranty is void). Please provide the name and contact information of the original installer.
What will we do to correct problems?
Summit Automation will either repair the product at no charge (using new or refurbished replacement parts) or replace the defective product. How long does the Limited Warranty coverage last? The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Summit Automation is one (1) year either from the date of purchase, if warranty card is not on file with Summit Automation; or from the date of final trim if warranty card is on file with Summit Automation.
What does this Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:
• Conditions, malfunctions, damage resulting from defects in the product, nor if the product is being used for any other purpose than its intended use and qualification
• Replacement Batteries
• Labor (contact the original installer for their labor warranty coverage)
