 Glass Vegas LLC – Limited Product & Installation Warranty

Glass Vegas LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that all products and installations are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

• Residential Projects: One (1) year from the date of installation.
• Commercial Projects: One (1) year from the date of installation.

This warranty covers:

• Proper installation of all glass panels, doors, and hardware.
• Manufacturing defects in glass (e.g., stress cracks, delamination, or discoloration not caused by misuse).
• Functional defects in hardware such as rollers, hinges, and handles when used according to manufacturer guidelines.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage or failure resulting from owner modifications, adjustments, or additions made after installation (including drilling, cutting, or altering the structure or hardware).
• Component damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents, including impact, vibration, or contact with harsh cleaning chemicals.
• Normal wear and tear such as scratches, corrosion, or discoloration over time.
• Structural movement, settlement, or shifting of walls or enclosures that cause glass misalignment or stress.
• Water leakage resulting from improper maintenance, missing sealants, or use of incompatible cleaning agents.
• Work altered, repaired, or reinstalled by anyone other than Glass Vegas LLC or its authorized representatives.

You will need to provide:

• A copy of your invoice or installation record.
• Photographs and a description of the issue.

Upon inspection, Glass Vegas LLC will determine whether the condition qualifies under this warranty and, if so, will repair or replace defective components at no additional charge.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation location.
Glass Vegas LLC’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered materials or workmanship.
We are not liable for loss of use, inconvenience, damage to building surfaces, delays, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the purchaser for whom the product was installed.
